Attention: Please note that there are multiple hardware versions for this product, who will need a different software. Always make sure to load the correct software onto the right product. Should you not be sure which update to select, please do not hesitate to contact us.
It is possible to check for the newest circuitry, is to note that the software version is 6.X or higher. Additionally, some Players with the newest circuitry feature a green sticker next to the 7pole socket at the back. Should you have the newest version, the update labeled "RX2-Wave Player new" must be selected. All other Wave-players feature older hardware versions (either circuitry version 2.5 or 2.6). Please select the correct update for these too.
